| Base: Books | A monthly or annual subscription, priced by the size of your organisation — the number of people on your books (students, staff, tenants, walk-in customers), not the number of logins. |
| Add-on desks | Each desk you switch on is a monthly add-on per site. Switch it off when you stop using it. |
| SMS | Metered. You top up, you spend what you send. |
| Data import | A service, quoted on your files: QuickBooks, Sage, spreadsheets, a POS export. |
| Training | A service, quoted per session. |
| Storage | Included in your band. A bigger band, more storage. |
