How it works
Proper business software for Kenyan companies: one system for money, stock, staff and students. Switch on what you need, when you need it.
What you buy: one small desk — Books, or Books plus the desk for your trade. Plain words, a short list of jobs, trained in an afternoon.
the waterline — it rises when you switch a desk on; nothing is migrated twice
What is already underneath: a full business system — stock, HR and payroll, projects, assets, manufacturing, CRM — the open-source ERPNext, which Flowcore configures for Kenya and for your trade. Turning on payroll is a switch, not a project.
One company or a group
Each company keeps its own books, its own tax PIN, its own staff. The owner signs in once and sees every company — and one view across all of them. Staff see only the company they work for. That separation is permissions, not separate systems, so a bookkeeper who serves two companies has one login and two sets of books.
Where it runs
On servers we run, as <yourcompany>.flowcore.co.ke, backed up daily. Your data is a standard ERPNext database and files — more on that, quietly, here.
